Experience: An experienced programme manager across blue chip and smaller private companies as well as public, university and third sector organisations. Over 25 years working in programme and project management both as an employee and freelance.
In addition to considerable experience leading and delivering programmes and projects of varying complexities and values (up to £200 million) I have extensive experience of introducing Prince 2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) principles to organisations, developing teams and individuals to embed the disciplines and working practices.
