I am an enthusiastic and patient qualified teacher. I completed my undergraduate degree at Loughborough University in History and English in 2014, and continued to develop my passion for education by completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Qualified Teacher Status) in Secondary History at the University of Birmingham, obtaining an outstanding in my teacher evaluation.
I began my career as a History Teacher in a Secondary School in Solihull, near Birmingham, during which I was graded as `Outstanding` following formal teaching observations. I am currently working with students at the University of Bath.
I am able to teach KS1 to KS5, as well as degree level, and I have extensive experience in each of these areas. I can teach all subjects from primary to KS3 level, I can teach History and English from KS3 up to undergraduate level and Drama up to A Level. I can also provide tailored tuition focusing on exam preparation and technique, in order to make sure that students fulfill their potential when it comes to exam periods. I have experience teaching the new and previous national curriculum. I would also be well placed to help students prepare for the UCAS application cycle and for University interviews, including Oxbridge.
I have taught in numerous schools ranging from high performing grammar schools, to comprehensive schools in deprived areas, to primary and special needs schools.
As a teacher, observers repeatedly remarked that I successfully cultivate a stimulating and supportive environment for pupils to learn. My capacity to build relationships with pupils has been continually noted as a particular strength, alongside my ability to create interesting work that sparks interest outside of academia.I believe in giving students confidence in their own ability, as this will enable the student to reach their absolute potential.
Availability: I am able to tutor in both Bristol and Bath. I am available during weekday evenings and at weekends dependent on the time.

Experience: I have taught in numerous schools ranging from high performing grammar schools, to various comprehensive schools, to primary and special needs schools as a fully qualified teacher. I also have experience teaching various subjects. I have taught all ages and abilities and pride myself on the ability to make every pupil feel comfortable and secure, consequently allowing them to reach their full potential.
