I am a 23-year-old friendly, understanding and positive tutor from Dorset, just graduated from Mountview. As a tutor, I wish to tailor my teaching to the needs of the individual and go at the pace which they need in order to progress most efficiently. Whether your child wishes to get some extra training and tools to help push them to be the very best or wants to simply have fun, express themselves and go at their own pace- I can provide!

Experience: Performing arts:
I am a graduate from the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with a BA (Hons) Acting from the Actor Musicianship course.
I have worked as a teacher in multiple Performing Arts schools with 5 years experience with ages 2-14 teaching singing, dance, acting and musical theatre. I`d love to give extra time to any student who wants to build there confidence or get ahead in the world of the arts!

Music:
I also have my Grade 8 Violin, Grade 5 Music Theory and am Grade 5 standard on the piano, with experience throughout my life in many orchestras and ensembles (including being Principal Second Violin for the Wessex Youth Orchestra for 4 years), with extensive knowledge of the music industry, how an orchestra rehearses, and how to practise effectively to ensure quick progress.

Dance:
I have been dancing from a young age and have my ISTD Intermediate Modern, RAD Intermediate Ballet and ISTD Grade 5 Tap certificates. I have a great passion for dance and performance and am keen to help my students improve rapidly and build their confidence!

Maths:
I am also a keen mathematician and received an A* in A Level Mathematics and an A in A Level Further Mathematics in 2018. I have a great passion for the subject which creates a fun working environment when I tutor. At schools, there is so much focus on following specific methods in maths to achieve the correct answer, but I very much believe that it`s important to know where those methods originated from in order to fully understand maths and begin to enjoy it! I can help students prepare for school exams whilst also helping them start to have fun with it.

I also have experience working with children with autism, Down`s Syndrome and other learning difficulties as a part of the Generation Girls outreach project. I have also tutored and looked after children with autism.
