Experience: TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
1. Postgraduate Tutor, King George V College (2018-2019). During my PGCE studies I delivered the following A-Level modules. Responsibilities for each of these modules included lesson planning, delivery of seminars, essay marking, coursework marking and one-to-one student feedback:

- LIT-7711/1: Love Through the Ages
- LIT-7712/1: Texts in Shared Contexts
- LIT-7712/C: Texts Across Time
- LIT/LANG-7707/1: Poetic Voices
- LIT/LANG-7706/1: Remembered Places
- LIT/LANG-7706/1: Re-Creative Writing
- LIT/LANG-7707/C: Making Connections

2. Teaching Assistant, Cedars Upper School (2015-2018). Worked as part of a Learning Support team to provide reliable and quality in-lesson assistance across multiple subjects. This role dealt with a wide variety of SEND students, with a diverse range of learning ability, throughout KS4 and KS5. Certain lesson slots were dedicated to helping students to cope with the demands of the curriculum, as well as guiding and instructing them with their assignments or coursework.

This role heavily involved documentation to better understand SEND student progress and mindset. I worked to design and consolidate student passports; profiles of students` preferred methods, emotional well-being and how their SEND traits manifest.

MENTORING EXPERIENCE:
1. Pupil Premium Mentor (2016-2018) - I worked with over half a dozen students from different year groups, assisting them with English curriculum content and exam preparation techniques. I kept an ongoing log of their progress, understanding and ability.
2. Coursework Mentor (2017-2018) - I was responsible for providing one-to-one support and advice to second-year Sixth Form students on their essay skills and coursework content. I provided four mentees with guidance in the form of email contact, proof-reading services and a series of hour-long meetings throughout the academic year.
