Imagine how much you like your favourite thing in life, multiply that by ten thousand; that`s how much I love teaching Economics, especially via remote learning tutorials.

I remember how it feels to feel lost at the back of the classroom, and know the joy of completely mastering a subject and gaining the highest marks possible in public exams. I know that the difference between the two lies not in natural talent, but hard work, patient guidance, effective feedback and building up some self-belief.

Teaching Economics A level at a top independent school is my day job. I enjoy tutoring just a few people each year during evenings and weekends and, from time to time, marking public exams. I specialise in remote tutorials via Zoom; a fabulous way to make rapid progress during the summer break, helping students to consolidate the AS level work and make a "fast start" to the A level course.

Whether your son or daughter needs some targeted help for one or two tutorials, some focused examination guidance, or is totally befuddled by the subject and doesn`t know what to do, I am here to help. My tutorials include free of charge annotated slides and notes; they are fun, engaging, unashamedly exam-focused, and they make a real difference.

Experience: Eighteen years teaching A level Economics (and occasionally GCSE Economics) to the highest level. Plenty of exam marking.
