As a friendly and dedicated tutor, I am passionate about helping young people understand maths and develop to their full potential in supportive and engaging ways. I have a 1st Class degree in Biomedical Science, work with equations and algorithms every day, and am happy to teach KS2, KS3, and GCSE Maths

I`m a highly adaptable and flexible teacher facilitating 1-1 learning sessions to remove any barriers to learning. I`ll tailor lessons to the needs of the students and adjust with parent/student input to ensure the learning is engaging and effective. I`m enthusiastic about technology and am always willing to provide additional resources for students to complete outside of lessons to help instill a level of ownership in learning, and of course then review any problem topics in the following session

Availability: I can be available at short notice on evenings and weekends as well as some slots due the day on Wednesday.
Due to family health, I am currently only available for online lessons but with the use of video calls and online resources, this is often preferred as students are able to learn in an environment familiar to them.

As a Lead Software Developer with an interest in maths, I work with complex algorithms on almost a daily basis and offer Maths tuition for KS2, KS3, and GCSE. Managing a team of developers I am well-versed in training and explaining complex concepts to a variety of people.

Senior Software Developer - I work with complex healthcare data, enabling the analysis and future prediction for improving patient care and treatment.
1st Class degree in Biomedical Science (BSc) from Nottingham Trent University. During this time I conducted research into cutting edge techniques to detect changes to DNA and protein sequences.
