Information about Mike
I have been a full-time Maths Tutor since 2005 and have tutored over 250 students one-on-one. I have a Maths degree from the University of Cambridge. I teach any level of secondary school Maths including:
- Early Secondary (school years 7-9)
- GCSE (specialising in the new style 9-1 GCSE)
- A Level and Further Maths (specialising in the new style exams)
I set questions after every lesson and revision questions on all topics covered every week. I conduct lessons in a positive and kind atmosphere - I always do my best to make sure students enjoy every lesson.
Availability: Weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings all year round.

Mike was a real help to my son. He struck up a fantastic rapport and my son, who has always struggled with maths really engaged and enjoyed the experience. Mikes lessons were well structured and focussed. In addition, he provided excellent feedback so that I could encourage my son and had the tools to support him myself I would highly recommend Mike

My daughter is enjoying having Mike tutor her for Maths. His calm and insightful teaching has boosted her confidence and she is now able to tackle problems she wouldn’t have before. As a result, I am very confident that she will get a top grade at GCSE.
