ENGLISH FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER
Completed a full academic year of teaching English as a foreign language at the prestigious Suratpittaya School, Surat Thani, Thailand. I was responsible for designing and delivering tuition to over 900 young learners per week (50 students per class), in addition to private 1:1 tuition at both young learner and business English language levels.


LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Acquired over three years of facilitative classroom training and creative design experience within an award winning L&D team. A notable function of the role included overseeing training of an award winning, principle-led Customer Service department (Best in Public Sector, Best Newcomer, 2nd Overall in the Times Top 50 Call Centres 2012). Led a variety of facilitative sessions using a balance of varied training methods (i.e. demonstration, group discussion, group exercise, activities and eLearning) adapting each to accommodate the specific learning style of the individual. This also included ongoing coaching and mentoring outside of the training room.
