I am currently studying for a Masters Degree in Physics, Particle Physics and Cosmology at Lancaster University, and have tutored a number of students from Year 7 through to A2-Level and Oxbridge preparation for Science, Mathematics and Engineering.

I`m a friendly and enthusiastic tutor with a vast knowledge of inspiring background physics and mathematics, both to support the content delivered by the GCSE/A-Level curricula and beyond the scope of the courses, which has proven extremely useful for answering any of the questions my pupils have asked and enhanced their understanding of difficult concepts.

I studied at Archbishop Temple High School (8 A*s, 3 As and an A in an Additional Mathematics Qualification) and Cardinal Newman College (A*A*AA in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and General Studies, with AS-levels in Further Mathematics, Critical Thinking and Music, in addition to undertaking an extended research project [EPQ] into the Higgs Boson particle) before moving onto Lancaster University, where I consistently achieved high grades throughout my Bachelors Degree in Physics, Particle Physics and Cosmology prior to starting my Masters.

I am experienced in tutoring Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry to A-Level, and Biology to GCSE-level, and would be willing to travel to anywhere between or around Preston and Lancaster or the Freckleton/Kirkham area. I have also had experience preparing students to face the challenges presented by the Oxbridge interviews in Maths, Physics and Engineering.

Availability: Sundays 9.30am-7pm
Saturdays can be arranged in advance if required.

**DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE ON LONGER SESSIONS**
I have found that an hour is often not enough time to cover all of the content in sufficient depth and to develop the level of understanding required to really do well in A-level Maths, Chemistry and Physics. As a result, for my A-level courses I am offering the following reduced rates:
1 hour - £24
90 minutes - £35
2 hours £45

Experience: I have had four very successful years` experience of private tutoring at various different levels from Year 7 through to Year 13 (A2-level), have a good knowledge of the content of the various exam boards` syllabi and can fully prepare students for the entry tests to top universities.
