I am a qualified primary teacher with a love for helping children to discover their own personalised way of learning. I believe in a growth mindset. Every child, no matter their current level of attainment or barrier to learning, is capable of achieving great things. It is my job as a teacher and tutor to help them unlock that potential. Children learn best when they are enjoying what they are doing, and the joy of private tutoring is that we have the space to be able to really fine tune what it is that makes your child tick. That way, you, myself and your child will be able to work together to help them become the learner that they are capable of being.

Availability: I run sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.

Experience: Following 2 years as a teaching assistant in a primary school, I gained my PGCE at Devon Primary SCITT, one of the top centres for teacher training in the country. I have taught in Year 6 and then supply across both key stages, now teaching interventions in a Weymouth primary school. I teach children across all levels of attainment, be it helping children build basic skills or helping high attainers reach their full potential.
