I am a qualified teacher of RE and an experienced tutor. I have a BA in Philosophy Religion and Ethics, and a Masters in Christian Theology which I passed with merit; these were attained at Heythrop College, the specialist Philosophy and Theology College of the University of London. Following my graduation, I was employed to teach at Heythrop College, part of the University of London, which I did for 6 years. My PGCE (module grades: A&A) , in teaching Religious Education for KS.3-5, was attained at the Institute of Education, UCL, and I am now a full time teacher and Head of Department in a London secondary school.
As well as being a published poet and author, I am a member of the British Dyslexia association - since 2015, a certified Trinity Arts Award Adviser and currently teach full time.
I specialize in tutoring GCSE and A Level: AQA, Edexcel and OCR, but I also accept university students depending on the area of study.

Experience: As a private Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies tutor, I have successfully prepared students studying for exams under the AQA, Edexcel, OCR and CCEA exam-boards for: A Level, AS and GCSE. I have also tutored students from a range of universities who are studying for BA degrees in Philosophy, Theology, Divinity and combinations of these subjects. Finally, I have been teaching the Eduqas specification as part of my normal teaching commitments for several years.
In addition, I have tutored many students preparing for entrance examinations - which includes successful entry.
