I have been teaching Humanities in secondary schools for nine years. I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a 2.1 degree in Medieval and Modern History. I have been Head of History, Head of Geography and Head of Humanities in three different schools. Most recently, my GCSE History class achieved 72% 7-9 grades, my GCSE Geography class achieved 84% 5+ and my GCSE Religious Studies class achieved 100% 6-9 grades.

I am currently based in North London.

History Specialisms include: Nazi Germany, World Wars, Medicine Through Time, International Relations in 20th century, The Normans, Elizabethan England, The Cold War, Women`s suffrage and civil rights in the UK and America.

Geography Specialisms include: Issues of Urbanisation, Rivers and Coasts, Ecosystems, Resource Management, Natural Hazards.

Religious Studies Specialisms include: Christianity and Islam, philosophy regarding existence of God.

Overall, my other key strengths centre around improving exam literacy: analytical writing, breaking down exam questions, writing structures.

Availability: I am available for online tuition Monday to Thursday all day.
I will eventually be available, when safe, for face to face tuition from Monday to Thursday after 5pm.
