I’m a highly qualified doctoral researcher specialised in literature across the ages. I have plenty of experience teaching English Language and Literature at GCSE and A level. My ultimate goal is to help students set achievable targets and meet them!

Availability: My schedule is flexible so I can work around your needs.

Experience: I have spent the past 7 years teaching students with varying abilities and goals including students studying English Language and Literature for GCSEs and A Levels. Most recently I have been working with GCSE students to prepare them for their upcoming exams in Language and Literature with the Edexcel board.

Other experience includes proofreading both articles and essays for students from undergraduate to postdoctorate level.

In terms of my teaching approach I like to work collaboratively with students by first establishing key goals and then developing session plans to meet these goals. I try to incorporate the broader interests of the student where possible. I also like to check in regularly with parents, and involve them in the learning process where possible.
