Information about Johanna
I love tutoring maths, and have a great track record of success at all levels. Confidence is the key, I always aim to show students what they CAN do, and from there we can start to tackle the more tricky areas. I have 20 years experience of helping students to get the GCSE grades they need. I am a mum of 3 boys, have a maths degree, PGCE, and am CRB checked.
Availability: I get pretty booked up from 3.30 - 8.00, but have daytime availability. For evening sessions students must travel to me. Worth dropping me a line as things change weekly! Very happy to tutor adults during the day.

Experience: I am a fully qualified maths teacher with a maths degree and PGCE. I taught in the secondary classroom for 15 years and then when my family started to arrive I started tutoring maths from home. I have been tutoring successfully for about 5 years to KS2,3, GCSE and A`level. I currently tutor 15 students

Johanna, was brilliant, I saw her a few times to help me with a maths progression award. She explained different formulas very clearly and in away that just clicked with me. Would highly recommend.

We have been working with Johanna now for a few weeks and all is going well. She has helped to boost confidence and has provided the focus and concentration that was so needed. It was easy to make the initial arrangements, sessions run to time and you get feedback on email each time. There is even a nice pub in the village so you can grab a drink whilst the session is underway! All good so far and hope to see this in the next test results.
