Information about Charlotte
I have a BSc in Pure Mathematics from University College London (2008).
I graduated from Kings College London in 2011 with a Masters and a PGCE to become a qualified secondary Mathematics teacher.
I spent most of my career teaching at an independent school in Surrey, before relocating to Sussex and becoming a maths tutor.
Availability: Flexible tutoring hours are available, subject to my tutoring schedule. However, I offer 60 minute tutorials and 90 minute tutorials to all of my tutees, whatever their preference.
I offer these sessions at my tutoring studio in Horam and have tutoring hours during the day, afternoon, early evening, weekends and during school holidays.
My experience has shown that 90 minute tutorials are most beneficial for A Level students, and the 60 minute tutorials are better for students up to and including GCSE.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: I have tutored modules from Edexcel, AQA and OCR for KS3, GCSE and A Level. I have also tutored some specialist Mathematics and Physics modules for university students.
My tutees have been varied; either coming from mainstream education such as studying for GCSEs, Diplomas or A Levels. Or some tutees have come from a home educated background.
