I am a qualified secondary school teacher with 18 years experience and alongside this I also have a Doctorate in Education from the University of Sussex. I love teaching, especially helping students to fulfil their potential.

I can offer private Geography or Psychology tuition

I have tutored before in Sussex where I lived for ten years. I pride myself on being approachable to young people and ensuring that their work is personalised to their needs.

DBS checked - currently working in a secondary school alongside mentoring at university level.

Availability: Some weekday evenings and weekend day times.

Experience: I have been teaching Geography for the last 18 years and Psychology for the last 14 years and feel confident that I can help students to improve their grades in both by honing their exam technique. I have also marked GCSE and A-Level examinations since 2007 which has widened my understanding of mark schemes and common exam errors. I am also currently moderating the delivery of an IB Master`s programme at university level, having taught IB Geography for 10 years.
