I am a Quantity Surveyor (Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building). I also have a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. I am currently "between jobs".

I am English-Persian. I started learning (self-taught) Farsi about 3 years ago. I believe I am at intermediate level. I would like to become fluent within 2 years. I would like to take GCSE in Farsi / Persian as soon as possible.
I believe I am 12 months away from taking this exam. I would like my tutor to enter me for the GCSE in Farsi in the Summer of 2016. I would then like further tuition up to fluent level.

As I am currently between jobs, I would like tuition that will cost me between £10-£15 per hour with one lesson per month. Later, I will be prepared to increase the hourly rate.

Before we start, please advise / confirm:

1) where we will meet ?
2) confirm enrolment has taken place for next June and location of the exam ?
3) you are happy to meet once a month - (final Friday or Sunday of each month) ?
4) your charge for one hour (per month) ?
