I am very familiar with the NAT 5 and Higher curriculum for both Maths and Computing and have been formally tutoring these subjects throughout my time at university as a natural progression on from helping my peers during my own time at school. Both are subjects I have a real passion for and continue to be a significant part of my own education and career. I have experience working with assistive technology for pupils who find this to be helpful/necessary and always willing to adapt delivery of materials where possible try and meet pupils learning needs.

I have completed my Bsc (Hons) Computer Game Technology and MSc Data Science.

Experience: Beyond just tutoring for exams, I was keen to support others academically early on so as a senior student at Secondary I got involved in numerous peer support groups. Including spending time every week as a class room aide with a younger science class, providing support to pupils with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties.
I also volunteered as a computer tutor with Aberdeen Silver City Surfers, which was working with over 65s to support them in learning to use technology safely and easily in every day life e.g. filling out important forms online, online shopping and keeping in touch with family and friends.
And I have continued to tutor students and peers throughout my time at university.
