Information about Jason
I am a 26 year old final year medical student studying at University College London. I am friendly and easy going and understand the difficulties a student may experience having recently gone through the GCSE and A level system.
I understand that a student may find a particular subject difficult, and that it is often due to a lack of motivation or difficulty in understanding the content. Hence, my lessons are catered towards making the student feel as comfortable as possible, and going through the content in depth to ensure they become confident in the topic.
All my lessons are catered towards the individual as not everyone learns in the same way. I focus on working around their syllabus, understanding any problem areas, and ultimately tailoring a lesson plan to suit their needs. I am able to teach A* candidates through to those who may have severe difficulties in the subject.
Achievements:
- GCSE: 12 A*`s / A`s
- A level: 4 A`s (before the A star system came into effect)

Jason was prompt into getting back to me and was able to assess the best way to help. Revising for an exam I was short of time and lacked structure. Ensuring we had a study room he guided me through the exam process, ensuring I was well equipted with aid memoires and pnenomics and made me face my nerves by giving me clinical scenarios. He wasn`t phased by my procrastinating and anxiety and showed me how a structured approach to my study was the way forward. Follow-up texts and emails ensured I was ready for my exam and even though I felt unready and unprepared I passed with a recommendation. Thank you Jason Gan. If you need a medical/science tutor who really knows his stuff and is reliable then hes your man. Five stars *****
