Hi, I`m Mo!

Currently working as an FY2 doctor NNUH, I graduated in 2022 with a Distinction in Medicine. I am very passionate about making medicine very easy to understand and simple to approach. My main aim is to empower my student to build on their existing knowledge, develop a solid understanding of physiology, and use this to deduce symptomatology, management options as well as complications of various daunting conditions.

My interests are nephrology, haematology and cardiology, but I have a strong foundation to approach most specialties at the MBBS level. As such I really enjoy making difficult concepts such as interpreting an ECG or understanding basics of renal physiology very easy to approach.

I am very keen to develop student`s practical and communication skills. My particular skills are communication skills, especially in difficult stations such as information giving, approaching end of life discussions as well as shared decision making.

Overall, my belief is medicine is overcomplicated in standard academia. I hope to tear back the unnecessary confusion and focus on making medicine fun to learn!
