Information about Ann-marie
I graduated from University of Oxford with a 2i in Music in 2014, and have since been teaching various instruments at differing levels. I am an enthusiastic and keen teacher/tutor and really try to get the best from my pupils. I believe in considering how each pupil learns and then working with that to get the best possible results for them.
I have a total of 6 A levels, 9 GCSEs, and the Extended Project. I worked incredibly hard whilst at school and sixth form, and completed many of my qualifications early. As such, I have a first-hand understanding of the pressures of taking early exams, and am more than willing to help any pupils who may be taking a similar path. I am keen to help those who need help and guidance with their studies, irrespective of age. I teach Music and English as academic subjects, Music Theory, Cello, Piano, Singing, and Casual Guitar.
Availability: Weekdays from 12pm-7pm
Please note that if you cancel a booking less than 24 hours in advance, I will bill you for half the cost of the session.
I reserve the right to amend my session costs from those advertised on the Tutorhunt website to accommodate petrol costs when travelling longer distances.

Ann-Marie has a lovely fun personality along with a good structured approach to her tuition. My daughter has already shown a marked improvement since starting lessons and I am also having lessons too, where I am getting some really good steer and next steps.

I am in my 50s with my own music degree and a love of singing, though having sung for years somehow slipped through the loop and never had singing lessons. I think in my first lesson with Ann-Marie I learned more about singing than in all my years of musical training. Friendly, approachable, and highly recommended for both adults and children.
