I believe that it is unfair to put children at a disadvantage because their families are unable to afford tutoring fees. That is why for a number of years I worked as a tutor as part of the Schools+ programme throughout my degree and why I offer my services privately at a more reasonable rate.

I am a History graduate from the University of Winchester, having achieved a upper second class BA (Hons). I currently work in the heritage industry, creating and providing historical tours for a range of ages. I am also currently working towards a MA in Medieval Studies from Royal Holloway with a forecasted grade of Distinction.

Availability: I am unable to tutor on Wednesday and Friday as I have a regular work commitment. The rest of my schedule is fairly flexible.

Experience: (2015-2018) I tutored as part of the SchoolsPlus programme. The programme is designed to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of pupils on free school meals. My main subject was GCSE History, with a particular focus in areas of source analysis and answering exam style questions.

(2018) I achieved a BA (Hons) History with a 2:1 from the University of Winchester.

(2019-present) A career in the heritage industry, creating and delivering historical sessions for a range of ages. Additionally I create digital content both at my job and volunteer work with a local history festival.
