I am currently training to become a qualified teacher through my PGCE studies in Mathematics at Secondary Level. I hold a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from a London University. When we could effectively book a lesson, the tutoring was ok. Unfortunately, the whole process was somewhat unprofessional.

Hi Maicon,
First lessons are always a trial for both tutor and tutee. I very quickly noted that it would not be possible to tutor your son at his home as the environment was less than ideal for learning, and discussed this with both your partner and son. When I suggested we do the sessions at mine in order to achieve the most out of our lessons, the idea was welcomed. Your partner contacted me on the same day asking for a lesson, which I was unable to offer. I mentioned my availability thereafter, but did not hear back from her. You were also made aware I had had a car accident during this time so my availability was very limited due to recovery, which is why you could not "effectively" book a lesson. You are entitled to feel the way you do, however leaving negative feedback claiming I was unprofessional when neither you nor your partner mentioned anything to me about any reservations you may be having, is quite disappointing.
