I am an experienced GCSE maths tutor with a passion for maths and a drive for helping students overcome obstacles in their learning. I am currently employed at a local sixth form college where I work with GCSE level students. Working as the Learning Coach means I have unique experience in helping students, I am able to apply the techniques and experience from my job at the college to aid my tutoring. I have worked with a wide range of students in the past from SAT to GCSE level, including students just aiming to achieve a pass mark as well as students interested in pursuing maths in the future who would like to maximize their grade. I apply a range of techniques depending on the specific needs of the students from confidence-building exercises to exam technique essentials.

Experience: I have extensive experience with students who have struggled with the basics in maths and confidence in their abilities and I have tailored sessions for these students in a way that works for them and has helped coach them to achieve a pass mark. I also have experience achieving top grades through students I have worked with as well as my own experience. I have an A in A level mathematics as well as computer science; my other qualifications included GCSE: Further maths, Additional maths, Maths, and Statistics.
