Hello! My name is Tori and I offer GCSE mentoring for English, Science and Maths. From a young age I had dreams of becoming an orthopaedic surgeon or veterinary surgeon, but after years of completing all the work experience, have since decided to study Biomaterials Science and Engineering at The University of Sheffield where I hope to lead a future combining my love for academia with medicine and sport. This is because I now compete in athletics for our country, and strongly believe innovation and excellence has never before ever been such a prominent influence in today’s world. Studying should be fun and exciting, and I’m here to help make that happen.

Experience: I achieved 9 GCSE’s ranging from A-9/A** at Altrincham Girls Grammar School, before completing A levels in Biology, Chemistry and English Literature (A*-B) at Millfield Senior Boarding School. For years I have helped my younger brother in his studies who is currently at a local grammar school in Trafford; in addition to many of the younger students in my boarding house while at boarding school. Besides the Silver & Gold DofE qualifications, I also currently hold First Aid, DBS, Safeguarding and Prevent Certification from working as a Houseparent at an English Language Holiday Course over the summer. I am presently employed as a part time teaching assistant for children with special educational and behavioural needs.
