I am an early years teacher and have taught in primary and private nursery with a morning and afternoon clases. I love my job and go the extra length to make sure that every child gets the best within the time frame in nursery.

But I have 30 children. From experience of having a child myself, the best pupils in class are not dependent on the teacher or the school system which is very import because it provide the wide resources and guide in the child`s learning; the top pupils are those whose parent put the extra effort in. Even if your child is in a private school, the difference between the performances of the children lies in the parent and home learning inputs. Either in the form of private tuition or parents teaching if they understand the subject matter.

I have a daughter who turned 4 in June. At a tuition assessment centre she was assessed at level 3 reading ability and level 2 maths. she is in private school but she is an exception. because I teach her because I`m an early years teacher and I make the learning process effortless she enjoys her own learning that she is constantly initiating new learning experience.

Her ability to read gives her the edge and confidence in every environment.

Reading does not end there, the question is what next. well her interest is gymnastics which she is attending lessons. I have now started engaging her to read scientific text so she can begin to learn about her body and its how it functions to help her bend and move her muscles; and how to take care of her body as a gymnast.
