HELLO! Now left the bureaucracy of mainstream teaching, I`m wanting to stay teaching in some form and helping students get the grades they deserve.
I find, quite often, that it is a combination of lacking in confidence and a `not getting` of some aspect of subject knowledge that holds people back from getting better grades/understanding.
This can, and will , be remedied!

It requires two things - working through the missing/misunderstood info and building of the confidence. Both of these I have had strong experience in, and find that 1-2-1 tutoring really does help in both of these areas. Please see my feedback to get a flavour of how I tutor and the responses I get!

Happy to tutor online continually [would prefer as saves travel costs, time and allows for student to remain at home, but willing to travel after it is safe to do so - cost will increase as such though [up to 10 miles from NN4]

Experience: I have tutored both professionally and for friends` children for the last 15 years, offering assistance to all ages, helping from KS2 up to, and including A Levels [Media and English].
I can also help with adults in learning literacy, numeracy, getting to grips with IT [Microsoft Office and general how-to-use-efficiently] or who may want a `refresher` in a certain aspect of English or Maths to help their children themselves.
I have taught in a large variety of schools and have experience of students with physical and mental impairments. My main experience is in mainstream and I am familiar with most National curricula and exam boards.
