A native Mandarin, and near-native Japanese speaker, speaking standard Mandarin - Putonghua, using unique teaching method to help students mastering Mandarin sounds/tones within about 5 lessons. A variety of textbooks supplemented with multi-media materials are used to assist learning on pronunciation on my website Cheltenham Mandarin UK. Chinese characters recognition and writing orders are taught in a easy memorable way from about 4 sessions. Out standing exam results at GCSE, iGCSE, Pre-U and A-level Mandarin.

Bought up in Harbin China (most standard Putonghua spoken place in China arguably), lived in Tokyo for seven years, and has been living in England since 1993.
