I am a maths teacher (with many years of experience) during the day and tutor 2/3 students in the evening. I teach Maths to all levels (apart from Further Maths).
All my A level /GCSE and primary students scored at least 1 grade better than when they started, often 2. I always try to instill and help regain confidence in Maths and this invariably leads to better understanding and ultimately better grades.
I am fully CRB accredited (This certificate is available) and working towards all new regulatory requirements.
I really enjoy tutoring and my students always say they enjoy our lessons.
In these difficult circumstances I also offer online tutoring by Zoom.
Availability: Weekday evenings.

Experience: I am presently teaching at an outstanding grammar school in Slough. Until recently I was HOD Maths at a successfull school in North West London for 12 years. My experience of teaching Maths stretches from junior primary to senior secondary (of ALL abilities) and adults with special projects requiring maths.

We have only been with Rob for a few weeks but it`s going well. My daughter says she learnt more with Rob in one lesson than she has learnt all year in school! She enjoys her lessons with Rob, her confidence is growing and she now understands things she was struggling with. I recommend Rob to other students and parents.

Rob is tutoring my daughter for A Level Maths and it is really helpful. All the sessions are conducted virtually and that works well. He is very approachable, he explains any problems thoroughly and my daughter looks forward to the lessons. We would definitely recommend him.

My grandson has come back inspired by Rob after only one session! Hopefully this will continue all the way through to his GCSE exam.
