Experience: I`m a strong believer in moving through the journey to success together. Schools continue to drive at students becoming even more heavily examined, but I like to think that real success only comes when a student really understands the topics they are grappling with. I am fairly disciplined, as often time is short, but I have plenty of testimonials that infer I manage to make it fun at the same time. If you`re looking for a softer approach, I am likely not the right person, I have a particular strength in helping the most grumpy of teenagers reach their aspirations, and I love being a role model for young women in particular.
I have been tutoring for ten years now and very much still enjoy it. in particular I enjoy preparing students for examinations and seeing them flourish in these examinations. I have supported in excess of 100 students in the last ten years, ranging from 4-60 years old and was the managing director at Dukes Education consultancy, a leading education provider in the UK where I was a leading voice in the world of University admissions and was featured on BBC radio and in national newspapers. I come from a family of teachers and whilst I no longer work in education full time, I very much still have a passion for watching my students succeed.
