Information about Junior
For everyone I receive, I hope to maximise their potential and even surpass it. I am very sociable, patient and can relate very well to young people (not least because I have younger siblings myself). My methods of teaching are very simple, well broken down and very effective!
I offer tutoring for primary and secondary school-age, taking into account the individuals needs and the national curriculum, up to and including GCSE level.
My tutoring sessions are an hour long. First we will assess the student`s needs including their strengths and weaknesses in the subject area, their goals and how to make these achievable. The lessons will cover key areas as appropriate with regular feedback and assessment to map improvements. On top of this, I will give tips for personal revision and exam techniques that I used for my own success.
Availability: I am available to tutor most weekday evenings and weekends.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: During my time in sixth form and throughout medical school, I have tutored over 60 students and have a high A/A* achievement rate. On top of this, I have tutored my own brother and sister who have ended up at Cambridge University and a highly-selective school, respectively.
I graduated in Medicine MBChB in July 2017 from the University of Manchester. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Imperial Business School. I obtained A*A*A at A-Levels at highly-ranked St Olave`s Grammar School, Orpington.
I am now currently working as a Junior Doctor in the NHS. However, my passion for tutoring remains and I continue to enjoy tutoring on a regular basis.
I will use techniques learnt over seven years of tutoring and from my own hard-work and success, to help you obtain and surpass your own goals and success.
