I am currently a French, latin and Spanish teacher in a secondary school and in private tuitions. As a French Native speaker, I successfully completed my education in France where I attained my BA in English literature and culture there I had the opportunity to specialise in British and American history, literature and phonetics. However, I completed the last year of my degree in Aberdeen University as part of the Erasmus Programme where I had the opportunity to follow an introduction to Modern Irish language. I also studied Latin for three years where I consistently achieved a very high level. I have always been a high achiever and am passionate about literature, history and languages. During my teaching practices, which took place in an academy and a mixed comprehensive Catholic school, I had the opportunity to teach French and Spanish to mixed abilities, challenging behaviours and students who speak English as an additional language. I learned to adapt my teaching style in order to suit the ability range and to promote inclusion of all learners. All these experiences have deepened my knowledge of children, behaviour management and SEN.

Experience: I have had many experiences of working with children. I am currently a teacher and a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school. Before I started my PGCE, I worked in a school cafeteria, serving lunch to pupils from year 3 to year 6, amongst them SEN pupils and pupils with special dietary requirements. In 2010, I was an Au Pair in Northern Ireland where I took care of two children of four years and nine months old. I was also a private tutor in core and languages subjects for children after school, helping them with their homework but also ensuring the work was completed.
