Dr Daniel
I am a Lecturer in Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. As well as teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, I conduct research with human volunteers to understand how their minds and brains work.
I got my first degree in psychology from the University of Oxford, and an MSc in cognitive neuroscience and a PhD in psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
I have taught, lectured and tutored students at a variety of levels. I also have lots of experience teaching statistics relevant to lots of subjects and degree programmes. I am also able to provide tuition in research methods for those applying for clinical doctorates in psychology.
Availability: Flexible - weekdays and weekends. All tutorials for the time being will be conducted remotely (e.g., via Zoom).
Willing to travel: 50 miles
Experience: Lecturer in psychology, neuroscience and statistics. Significant experience tutoring students at variety of levels.

Daniel helped me to revise for the shortlisting exam for the clinical psychology doctorate at Salomon’s. Daniel is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about research methods and statistics in psychology. He was able to explain complicated concepts in a conversational manner which I found really helpful. Working with Daniel helped to build my confidence in this area and ultimately lead to me gaining a place on the course, which I am very grateful for! Would highly recommend to anyone feeling they need some help in this area.
