A school teacher of 12 years, and founder and CEO of `Dr Maths`, the market leader in online maths learning platforms in the UK and with 1700 school subscri ptions across 55 countries. 1st class degree and PhD from Oxford University, where I received the Oxford University Teaching Excellence Prize. Covid Hero Award in the Global Teacher Prize, appeared on BBC2`s `Britain`s Classroom Heroes` and recognised by the former PM Boris Johnson in the House of Commons. I was listed in the Sunday Times `Alternative Honours` in December 2021, and invited to the Royal Box at Wimbledon (sat next to Mary Berry!) for my contributions to education during the lockdowns. I regularly tour internationally, including chairing a panel of UN ministers of educations in Paris in 2022.

Experience: I have 12 years of school teaching experience (and still teach 1 day a week, with my primary job running my charity). I have privately tutored hundreds of students over the last decade, from age 10 to adult learners, and can cater for all abilities, with experience of a large number of exam boards (Edexcel, AQA, OCR, Eduqas). I am a well-known figure in the UK maths educations sphere, and for example am the Keynote Speaker at this year`s White Rose Maths conference, as well as being involved in teacher training. Please note that I do not under any circumstances offer 11+ tuition and for this reason generally do not tutor primary age children.
