William taught my daughter Pre-U (A-level) Art history. He is a great teacher. He ran zoom sessions pretty much like a an Oxbridge tutorial - not just conveying information (something often better done in writing) but talking through ideas. He was generous with his time and very well-prepared for sessions, researching not just content but also the syllabus and its requirements. He is very unpatronising but also assertive. He must have been taught well himself, as he seems to have internalised excellent teaching practice. I would recommend him even for the strongest students: he can help even them better clarify their ideas and focus on the requirements of the course.
