I am a friendly and very approachable Primary School Teacher (with QTS) and have been working as a supply teacher for the past year as I am able to constantly develop my teaching skills and ideas as I visit various schools and work with different year groups. Friends and colleagues would agree that I am very enthusiastic about teaching and enjoy working with children of all abilities. I am confident in my teaching of Maths and English yet have a very creative side that I often use to create a stimulating environment/lesson when and where possible. I can often empathise with a child`s ability to learn based on circumstances and changes that may take place throughout the academic year.

Experience: Studied Education Studies at university and went on to Teacher Training to qualify with QTS.
I have worked in a number of schools, starting as a Teaching Assistant, working with individuals and small groups to further develop children who required additional support. I also played a role as Pastoral Support to oversee children with present with challenging behaviours.
I volunteered and worked with Wanstead and Woodford Catholic fellowship for 8 years - providing a safe and playful space for children with Special Educational and Physical Needs/Disabilities.
As a classroom teacher I was involved in planning subjects across the curriculum for the year group, providing resources and ensuring that SEND and ESL pupils across the year group were planned for with additional resources to develop their learning - such resources were used either with the support of an adult or to be completed individually to maintain consistent assessment of their learning.
