I am a qualified teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience up to, and including A levels in German and Psychology. My qualification for both subjects is at degree level. I am German, which ensures authenticity in German tuition, particularly in conversation classes.
I offer a tuition approach that goes straight to the problem and builds confidence, knowledge and understanding.
My teaching style incorporates visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic methods in order to engage my students in different ways of learning. I use a variety of resources ranging from textbooks to film footage and internet sites, as well as worksheets that I have developed to make complicated knowledge more accessible to students. I enjoy interacting and working with my students and I incorporate ample opportunity for discussion and enquiry, all of which provides a lively and supportive environment that invites students to contribute, to participate, and to develop a sense of enjoyment and achievement.

Availability: Mostly week days, but can be flexible

Experience: I have more than 25 years teaching experience in German from KS3 to A Level. I am familiar with the requirements of the National Curriculum and Exam boards for GCSE and A Level.
I have 10 years teaching experience in Psychology at A Level covering the entire AQA syllabus.
