I believe that learning is a personal experience and I will tailor lessons and any notes required to suit your unique learning style. Apart from substive knowledge, I equip my students with key revision techniques and teach them how to study effectively. Above all else, I believe an effective teacher is one who simplifies complex concepts and explains its relevance and application to the real world.
In addition, I am very experienced in teaching, having been a law tutor at the LSE (with a student I tutored receiving the highest mark in their year for that subject) and a history lecturer for A Level students.

First class honours in law from the University of Oxford, and awarded Firsts in an array of subjects, including Contract Law, Commercial Law, Land Law, Trusts, Administrative Law, International Trade (ranked 9th overall in my year and received the 3VB Prize in Commercial Law).
Masters in law at the University of Oxford (BCL) in 2017, studying the Conflict of Laws, Commercial Remedies, Restitution and Comparative Public Law.
Taught the Law of Obligations (Contract and Torts) at the LSE from 2018-2019, with a student I tutored receiving the highest mark in their year for this subject.
Graduated the LPC with a high distinction in 2019.

I have extensive experience in providing guidance for UCAS personal statements. In particular, two of my students last year were admitted into the University of Cambridge for Natural Sciences and Economics. I also marked LNAT essays for my college in Oxford and I therefore possess an intimate undersding of the admissions process.
I believe that personal statements must reflect one`s unique personality, express one`s interest in the subject, and showcase one`s relevant skill set. A personal statement, above all else, must tell a compelling story. This is what I will help you to do.
I have extensive public speaking experience, in both a non-legal and legal context.
