Mindfulness has shown to be successful in reconditioning the minds thought processes, addressing personal psychological challenges, self-esteem and confidence issues. It is also successful in alleviating symptoms of anxiety, depression, and low self worth. Students are encouraged with mindfulness tools to let go of negative thoughts relating to past educational experiences and exercise self compassion.

Experience: I have taught in London colleges, full classes, small groups and tutoring students on a one to one basis. Throughout my PGCE practice I was mentored at an outstanding London 6th form college. My mentor was an examiner for A level psychology and provided me with useful knowledge of how to answer examination questions to meet the specification requirements, and pass final exams. Exactly the responses that equal fantastic results.Contact this Tutor
