I am a well presented, enthusiastic and highly focused individual who is committed to promoting the education of students at all times. I possess strong technical, teaching and communication skills, courtesy of my PhD and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

I currently tutor around 15 students in the National 4/5 and Higher levels. I have prior experience tutoring university level students in Chemical Engineering and supervising lab demonstrations as well.

My teaching strategy involves:
(1) Assessing areas of improvement and developing a programme customised to the students needs.
(2) Setting homework after each session to supplement knowledge gained during the tutorial.
(3) Conducting periodic assessments to assess student`s progress and to identify key areas of improvement.

The above teaching methodology has helped me attain positive reviews from students I have tutored (and their parents as well).

Availability: I am available to work on weekdays as well as weekends.

Experience: (1) Currently tutoring ~15 students in National 5 and Highers (Mathematics Physics, Chemistry and Biology).

(2) Undergraduate Lab Demonstrator and tutor, University of Surrey (2011 – 2014)
- Responsible for demonstration and supervision of undergraduate chemical engineering experiments
- Tutored students during Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Mathematics undergraduate tutorial sessions

(3) Responsible for tutoring an A-Level student in Mathematics, Math Mechanics and Chemistry (Private Tutor, 2011 – 2012)
