Welcome to my page,

I am Omamerhi, a final year Philosophy and Spanish undergraduate student studying at King`s College London. I have experience working with young people from a wide variety of backgrounds and thoroughly enjoy helping young people to achieve academic success.

*Passed the QTS Numeracy and Literacy Tests in July 2017*

Availability: Tuesday 9am to 8pm
Friday 4pm - 8pm

Experience: I have tutored KS3, GCSE Maths and GCSE English Literature and Language to small groups of students, increasing their confidence and understanding in those subjects. I have also worked with adult learners, teaching English as a Foreign Language. I am incredibly patient and have worked with non-mainstream students who have learning and behavioural difficulties, assisting and supporting them in lessons of a wide range of subjects, such as English, Maths, Spanish, Photography.

My approach:

It is important that each student has a thorough and deep understanding of their subject. To achieve this, I explain subject-related concepts in an easy to understand, relatable manner. I help students to build their confidence so that they can approach their subject from different angles. I regularly assess their attainment to track their progress and reach their desired academic targets.

I want each and every student to succeed in whichever path they choose in life. I will help them to develop subject-related skills and transferable skills such as organisation, critical and analytical thinking that can be applied to all their endeavours.
