Suzanne

I am an experienced lecturer/teacher and examiner at A and University level, with over 25 years` experience in Higher, Further and Adult Education. I hold undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in English Literature. I am PGCE trained and also qualified to teach English to speakers of other languages. I am patient and friendly but also meticulous and concerned to develop each student to the very best of their abilities.

Literature is a passion for me but I am also motivated by a desire to enable students to express themselves effectively in all contexts.

Students will be given individual learning plans which will be designed to enable them to achieve their goals. I will provide homework and written feedback in addition to verbal summaries of progress at each session.

Availability: I am flexible and can accommodate most schedules

Experience: I have been an Associate Lecturer with The Open University for 20 years and have additional experience in Higher Education.

I am an examiner and Team Leader for Cambridge A level English Literature and the International Baccalaureate.

I teach all levels of English Language from beginner to IELTS.
