I am a fully practising professional fine artist and arts teacher. I graduated with a BA and MA in fine art at The University of The Arts, London (UAL). I exhibit in London and regional group shows.

I teach all ages, but specifically 11+ scholarship art candidates. We concentrate on mastering the formal techniques of drawing (perspective, shading, form and content) and then with a set of chosen materials, we make sculptures and drawings and paintings of our own theme and devise. The main theme of our art sessions are to maintain an authentic energy that aids progression towards producing the best works possible.

I accompany my students in their journey ensuring that they don`t take short cuts, but at the same time being efficient with materials time and energy. My students have been self motivated, and I work to influence self direction, that they have their art projects in sight at all times where they are able to enjoy the lifestyle of an artist that is my own fortunate circumstance. I want to share as much as my own experience as possible, we become collaborators, and I am inspired each week for my own arts practice.

The energy and rhythm is informal but businesslike, and I am delighted by the personalities and curiosity of my students, for the willingness to take advice, guidance and information, my hope is that they start their own decision making through the development of self belief and confidence.

Availability: I am available 7 days a week - 9 am - 7pm

Experience: I have 2 current students. A 10 yr old arts scholarship student whom I have taught for 6 months on a weekly one to one basis, currently online tutoring. 3 hours a week.

A GCSE candidate whom I teach online preparing a portfolio of work.

I also have an adult retiree whom I am teaching to paint using oils.

I have an online arts student wishing to simply discuss art.
