I’m a Primary school teacher - I taught the National curriculum for four years in a British school in Spain and now have been teaching in a school in the UK for six years. I really enjoy tutoring on a one-to-one basis. I feel that there are different types of learners and understand that some individuals learn at a different pace and need a little more focus and guidance than others. In my past experience, tutoring on a one-to-one basis has provided the child with the confidence he and she has needed to make progress. I also understand that tutoring needs to be carried out in a way which works with each child being tutored. For example, educational games might need to be played to help learn specific grammar terms or mathematical methods so that the child learns but also enjoys it along the way.

Availability: I am available most days, particularly in the early evenings.

Willing to travel: 2 miles

Experience: I have ten years of Primary teaching experience of the National Curriculum with also ten years experience of tutoring on 1-to-1 basis of English, Maths and Spanish subjects.
