Information about Sam
Recent Harvard graduate in Mechanical Engineering (BSc with experience tutoring from year 9 to University. I am also an international level athlete currently training to compete at Tokyo 2020.
At university I received a broad liberal arts education and specialised in Mechanical Engineering, building a self steering boat for my final thesis project.
I enjoy teaching as it helps to strengthen my own knowledge of subjects and gives me a chance to talk about things that I am really passionate about!
I offer tuition in maths, sciences, mechanical & electrical engineering, coding and French. I also offer advice on admission to American Universities, and SAT and subject test tutoring.
Availability: Weekday evenings and weekends.
Willing to travel: 50 miles
Experience: I have experience helping teach teach the introductory electrical engineering course at Harvard to undergraduate and postgraduate students from Harvard and MIT. I also have experience tutoring a range of people from Year 9 science up to university level fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. Received awards from Harvard for my teaching and tutoring and was rated 4.8/5 by my students there.
