I have more than 10 years of experience tutoring Humanities courses as well as Spanish, my mother tongue, with a special emphasis on helping you develop efficient writing strategies and deliver fine scholarship, no matter what your specialism is. My academic background covers a wealth of subjects; I hold a BA in Art History (Madrid), an MA in 19th-Century Studies (Department of History, King`s College London), an MA in Curating Contemporary Art (School of Arts and Humanities, Royal College of Art) and I`m currently an AHRC-funded PhD candidate also at RCA, where I am looking at the politics of public discourses on contemporary art.

Since September 2023, I am an Associate Lecturer on the MA in Curating at Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art/Teesside University, where I teach two modules: Global Critical Contexts and Curatorial Practice. I have also taught literature review composition on several postgraduate courses (Manchester School of Art, Royal College of Art, University of Navarra and, this year, University of Dundee). As an editorial advisor, I am also helping the MIMA team put together a new anthology on curating. In 2021, I translated and edited the first anthology of essays by George Eliot ever published in Spanish. My writing, both in Spanish and English, gets regularly published and I collaborate with political analysis magazine CTXT, whose honorary president is Noam Chomsky.

I work with three tutoring agencies (Bonas MacFarlane, Dulwich Tutors and Sinica Education). My portfolio of students includes universities such as King`s College London, Newcastle University, University of Bristol, Sotheby`s Institute of Art and University of York.
