Pablo

Pablo is a curator and researcher currently taking his PhD in Arts and Humanities at the Royal College of Art (2019-2022), thanks to the support of a fully-funded scholarship awarded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC). Prior to his doctorate studies, the Botín Foundation awarded him a full fellowship to study the Curating Contemporary Art MA programme also at the Royal College of Art, having achieved a distinction (2017-2019).

After obtaining the International Baccalaureate diploma, Pablo studied a 4-year BA in Art History at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2009-2013) before embarking on postgraduate training at King’s College London, where he completed a master’s degree in 19th-Century Studies (2014-2016). His academic career has provided him with a rigorous, overall understanding of how disciplines in the humanities and social sciences operate at various levels of depth and complexity while allowing him to situate knowledge within particular educational contexts.

Experience: Pablo has extensive experience as a private tutor in Spanish and English, as well as in essay writing, university application materials and study planning. He is also a published art critic, writer and historian.
