I spent the first three years of my career as a Physics teacher (and Head of Year) at a top performing school in Warwickshire.The last Ofsted visit graded the school as `Outstanding`. I taught the now `old` AQA GCSE Physics course to all abilities (P1, P2 & P3), and taught the now `old` OCR Advancing Physics course at AS and A2 standard.

I am qualified to teach Chemistry and Biology to GCSE level, and did a large amount of teaching of these subjects during my teacher training.

In September 2015 I gained employment closer to home in Worcester. I am still teaching Physics there, but I am now teaching the new 9-1 Edexcel Physics iGCSE course, and with the changing face of A-levels now, I am teaching AQA`s `new` A-level syllabus (7407/7408).

In previous years I have been an examiner for the AQA exam board, marking papers from the P2 Physics module mentioned above and I was also requested by AQA to mark one of the new A-level papers sat during the summer 2016 exam series.

I have tutored students from a variety of schools and backgrounds over the years, of varying abilities and ages. I am also happy to provide tuition for Chemistry and Maths up to GCSE.

Availability: I am happy to discuss any arrangements to suit as many people as possible given my current work schedule and my other commitments outside school. On some occasions, perhaps nearer to times when students are sitting public examinations, I may be able to provide tuition at weekends, but this will have to be done based on what my weekend commitments may be, but I`m not saying it will be impossible.
