I`m a confident communicator and problem solver and tailor tuition to the needs of the client. Having been tutoring for several years, I can support you both academically and emotionally and have a working knowledge of the current art climate.

I`ve worked as a professional carnival and community artist for over 10 years in festivals and events and have been more recently working in the realm of fine art.

My first degree was in Fine Art at Liverpool John Moores University, where I specialised in sculpture and installation. In 2015 I qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Art Therapy and at the UK`s founding institute: The University of Hertfordshire.

I am able to work with all ages and abilities, and have experience working with a range of additional needs as both a tutor and a trainee therapist.

Availability: Thursday 9.30am to 2pm.
Thursday Evenings.

Experience: Currently working as a Youth Support Worker running arts and creative activities for teens as part of an extended learning programme with Youth Connexions.
Ran art access classes at the U3A Radlett for a year and a half, and occasional work with the U3A Harrow.
One to One Art Therapy Intervention in a childrens centre as part of family support services with Loreto Drawn together (6 months)
One to One Art Therapy Intervention in a London Primary School with Kidsco for 2 years.
Running workshops in Primary and Secondary schools in Herts, Beds and Bucks as part of their extended arts programme (10 years)
Art tutor at DRUM Watford for several years assisting adults with mobility and sensory disabilities. (1.5 years in a voluntary capacity, a break, then 1 year paid staff)
Workshop Assistant/Coordinator in the Weavery, Delrow House, Camphill Village Trust) This role was mostly textile and upholstery based providing supported learning for adults with a range of mental health needs.
Arts intern and freelance artist (print and sculptural costume) Kintetika Arts Links International (1.5 years).
