Information about Alicia

I have undergraduate and Master`s degrees in Law from the University of Cambridge. I also have 4 years of experience tutoring A Levels, IELTS, and undergraduate Law. I am also very experienced in tutoring for university law admissions, including for the Cambridge Law Test, interview, the LNAT, and in guiding students with their personal statements.

In addition, I can provide `introductory` law lectures covering the basic skills you will need as a law student and what to expect.

In A Levels, I achieved A*A*A* (Economics, Literature In English, and History). I was awarded Top in the World and Top in the Country for History and Literature In English.

I scored 2100/2400 on the SAT, and 800/800 for the Literature SAT Subject Test. I achieved 8.5 on the IELTS.

I am available in the mornings (UK time) and am experienced with tutoring with Skype.

Willing to travel: 50 miles

Experience: Since beginning my Cambridge journey, I have been actively helping students apply to Oxbridge, giving them detailed advice gathered from my own experiences and the experiences of fellow successful applicants, and coaching current A Level students in all three subjects.

One of my recent success stories is guiding a student from a B in English Literature to an A* in her final exam.

I am also experienced in tutoring undergraduate Contract Law.

The tutor is easy to approach, reliable and spent time preparing up front. But the quality of the lesson does not justify the price. PhD law graduate even charges less than her. Asked for three hour lesson on a single problem question but I am afraid her understanding and approach to the question is completely off track. Paid over 200 pounds but still did not get the right point.

I suggest the tutor to narrow her range of teaching and avoid teaching topics you are NOT sufficiently familiar with. The lesson is not worth 72 pound an hour.
