Paul was not that helpful with my essay structuring and proof reading.I booked Paul in for few sessions and each session was a waste of time and later i was told by my lecturer the structure of my essay needs improving,Paul also told me he is dyslexic and felt he does not know much about what he is doing. Paul did not proof read my essay which i wanted from my last session
Tutors Response :
Thanks for your feedback.
We worked together to determine a structure which was clearly laid out and explained and Pardeep said she was happy with this.
Despite prompts and assistance Pardeep had not completed a draft eight hours before it was due to be handed in.
Due to this I was not able to proof read the essay and she would not have been able to receive feedback from her lecturer on the structure.
Yes I do have dyslexia but this hasn`t stopped me from achieving a 1st class degree, including over 80% on my dissertation and succeeding at medical school. It clearly has no reference on my ability to plan, write and proof read an essay. Additionally I have been promoted in teaching environments for my teaching ability so it clearly doesn`t affect this either.
I did not say that I didn`t know what I was doing. I did say that I didn`t know the details of Forensic fibre analysis, which was the subject of the essay. To assist in tutoring for essays detailed subject knowledge is not required.
Pardeep repeatedly cancelled sessions at the last minute. I was very accommodating rearranging my plans to help her.
As a tutor there is only so mush assistance that you can provide with essay writing. If the student doesn`t write the words then there is little you can do. Pardeep I`m sorry if you feel let down and I hope that this explanation helps. I wish you all the best in your future studies.

Paul is confident tutor who has a very calm and patience manner. My daughter was feeling very confused and unsure of GCSEs science. She is now a lot more confident about going into her exams. Paul has been an excellent tutor
